Attribute Randomizer changes a player's attributes on a timer that starts after each death, with two modes available.

What it does

After a player dies, Attribute Randomizer rerolls that player's attributes once a set interval passes. The mod ships with two modes, and a boolean setting controls whether changes are sent to the player. A server can also send the player a list of the attributes that changed, so the new values are visible.

Fabric API is required on Fabric, and the mod is published for NeoForge as well. Each loader has files for 1.21.3 – 26.2, and the code is licensed under the MIT License, so it is open source. Server platforms Paper, Spigot and Purpur are also listed as supported.
