More Useful Tables
More Useful Tables, a NeoForge mod by Sunnie Corporation, adds workbench-style functional blocks such as a Toolsmith Table and a Magic Table to the Decoration category.
What it does
The mod adds new workbenches that expand the family of functional tables, each built for a specific purpose. The first update introduced the Toolsmith Table, which is used to create weapons, along with a Toolsmith Template. Later content includes a Magic Table and a Mystical Magic wood set, plus a music disc and a set of equipment blocks.
Players who want to see the recipes for the new blocks need JEI, and the author notes that JEI support is available only for version 1.21.1. Support for the recipe tab on workbenches came with v3.0.0 Pre-Release 2. Files are also listed for CurseForge and Modrinth. Players must install the mod, while a server can run without it, since only the client needs it.
The mod is released under the MIT License but is not open source. The last update was 2026-01-06, when version 3.3.0 for 1.21.1 was published, and the author notes that the project is no longer updated and is archived. Only 1.21.1 and 1.21.5 have release files, so the 1.21.5 range covers the same two game versions.
