More Adobe
by skniro
More Adobe, from skniro, adds adobe-style building blocks in several finishes, and players craft them from bricks and dye.
What it does
The mod adds adobe block variants modeled on photo and video editing software names, so builders can give a house or a larger build an adobe look. Crafting uses brick items with dye, and each adobe species is made from a single recipe. Both client and server need the mod, and it is released under the MIT License as open source. Files are published for Fabric and Forge, with 1.0.0 for 1.20.1 as the latest build, and the mod covers game versions 1.14 – 1.20.1.
Key features
Adobe block variants
Several adobe blocks are added, each named after a different editing-software theme for decorating.
Dye-based crafting
Bricks combined with dye produce a single adobe species, so colors are chosen during crafting.
Simple recipes
Each adobe block has a short recipe, which keeps the mod approachable in survival and creative builds.
