Monsters & Girls adds a set of monster girl mobs to Minecraft, a Fabric port of an original Forge mod, with 21 mobs across five types.

What it does

Monsters & Girls brings five types of monster girl mobs into the game, and several of them come in variants, for 21 mobs in total. The variants include Mandrake Fruit, Mandrake Mushroom and Spook, plus a Wisp. Players can tame the mobs by offering them cookies, and a girl that eats an apple changes its puffy state back to normal. The mod requires Geckolib, and the 1.3.0 build also needs HZLib alongside it.

The mod is a Fabric port that the author made from an original Forge version, so the Fabric side is still in early stages and some planned features are not yet implemented. Its files target 1.18.2 – 1.21.1 across five release versions, with 1.21.1 as the latest. The environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and it is released under the MIT License without being open source.

    Five types of monster girl mobs, with several variants among them, make up the 21 mobs.

  2. Cookie taming

    Players tame the mobs by giving them cookies, and the mobs respond to interaction once tamed.

  3. Apple and feather reactions

    Eating an apple returns a puffy mob to its normal state, and a feather is also used on the mobs.

  4. Crafted mushroom blocks

    Stem, shroomlight and mushroom blocks can be crafted, so most of the mod's content is obtainable through crafting.
