Mining Cooldown Fix Updated

by Coinflipcoder

Mining Cooldown Fix Updated removes the built-in delay between block breaks, so each block can be mined without waiting out a fixed interval.

FabricQuiltClient-side onlyMIT License1.19 – 1.19.2

What it does

The mod is a port of an earlier fix by covenantturtle, brought up to date for 1.19. Instead of a hardcoded pause of 6 ticks between breaks, it lets each block be broken without that enforced wait. The player's client is where the change takes effect, and servers do not need the mod. Builds exist for Fabric and Quilt, with 1.0.0 as the latest file for 1.19.2, published 2022-12-09 under the MIT License. The mod is not open source.

Key features

  1. No enforced break delay

Breaking one block and starting the next no longer waits for a fixed six-tick interval.

  2. Adapted to 1.19 mining

The code is adjusted to the mining logic used in 1.19, so the delay removal works on that version's breaks.

  3. Original author credited

The work builds on covenantturtle's earlier version, which the author credits as the original mod.
