Mini Extras is a Fabric and Forge utility that adds small tweaks to vanilla blocks, stairs, trapdoors, bark, bricks, dyeing, sand and coral.
What it does
The mod changes a set of vanilla blocks rather than adding a new theme. Lanterns can be placed against walls, and stairs, trapdoors, bark and brick variants gain new forms or crafting options. Dyeing has its own tweaks, sand can be converted, and coral is easier to obtain. Some recipes follow the approach of the Vanilla Tweaks datapacks, so a world that already uses those recipes will find familiar results.
Cloth Config API is required on both loaders, and Mod Menu is optional for opening the settings screen from the in-game menu. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Builds are published for Fabric and Forge across 7 release versions, 1.16.5 – 1.20.1, and the mod is licensed as All rights reserved, which means it is not open source. The author notes that it is intended for use in modpacks.
