With MicroCutting, a stonecutter can turn player heads and blocks into miniature versions of themselves, using recipes added by the mod.

What it does

MicroCutting adds stonecutter recipes that craft microblocks from a block, so a stonecutter becomes the place to make them. Player heads are a source of material: a stonecutter can also craft four player heads that show a block's texture, such as grass. Custom heads are read from the Vanilla Tweaks wandering trader datapack. The mod is a Fabric mod that runs on the server, so server owners install it, and players who join need nothing extra. It is open source under the MIT License, and files exist for 1.18 – 1.21, with 1.5.1 for 1.20.4 as the latest Fabric file.

Does MicroCutting need to be installed on the client?

No. Only the server has to run the mod, and a player can join without installing it, so installing it on the server alone is enough.
