Menu downloader
by Gvoper
Menu downloader is a Forge library for 1.20.1 that loads menus from a server into a player's client, with a button that saves them.
What it does
Menu downloader lets a server send menu files to players, which the client then saves into the Minecraft folder under the DeluxeMenus configuration. After a player clicks the menu button, the menu is written to the menu file so it can be used in the game. A command lets players check how a saved menu looks before relying on it. The mod runs only on the client, and it is released for Forge 1.20.1 under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
Key features
Server menu loading
Menus sent by the server are loaded on the client, so players receive menus without installing them by hand.
DeluxeMenus integration
Saved menus are written to the DeluxeMenus folder as YAML files, where the plugin can read them.
Preview command
A command shows what a saved menu looks like, so players can check it before use.
