MelonTiers Tagger
by Melonenxav
MelonTiers Tagger shows MelonTiers player tiers above nametags and in the tablist, so a player's skill level can be read in-game.
What it does
Tiers such as HT1 or LT2 appear directly over player nametags in real time, so a player facing someone can see that opponent's rank without leaving the game. The tier display can also be placed in the tablist, and which UI elements appear depends on the configuration.
The tagger reads MelonTiers data and updates automatically, and it supports custom MelonTiers tier systems and formats. It is aimed at PvP servers and competitive play, where the displayed tiers add transparency to a match. Instead of checking external leaderboards, the ranking system is pulled straight into Minecraft.
The mod is a Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 – 1.21.11, published as 11 release versions, and it is client-side only, so only the player's client needs it. The author describes it as a Bringing TierTagger experience with MelonTiers, and the code is All rights reserved, so it is not open source.

Casual play on tier servers

Who it’s for: Players on PvP servers and competitive servers that use MelonTiers rankings. Server owners do not need to install anything, because only the client runs the tagger.
