More Axolotl Variants Mod adds ten extra axolotl colour variants to vanilla Minecraft, each stored under its own NBT tag.

What it does

The variants are numbered from 5 to 14 in their NBT data and cover ten colour schemes, two of which, Skulk and Glowxolotl, can only be obtained by breeding. The newer texture set matches the current vanilla axolotl art, and Glowxolotl is the only variant with a texture made by the author.

The mod needs More Axolotl Variants API, and Fabric API is required on Fabric. It has compatibility with Axolotl Bucket Fix on Fabric only. The files are built for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need it. The code is not open source; the author holds all rights reserved.

    Ten extra colour schemes join the vanilla axolotl palette, each with its own NBT identifier.

  2. Breeding-only variants

    Skulk and Glowxolotl axolotls cannot be captured from the wild and appear only when two axolotls are bred.

  3. Updated textures

    The variant textures were redrawn to fit the newer vanilla axolotl art style.
