LootFlow
by qwider
LootFlow replaces standard pickup notifications with an animated HUD that shows items picked up, dropped items and experience changes.
What it does
Pickups, drops and XP changes appear in a card-style overlay in place of the default messages. Items slide in with a zoom effect, and repeated notifications for the same item merge into one entry so the screen stays readable during fast collection.
The mod runs only on the client, so a player installs it and a server needs nothing. Builds are published for Fabric alone, covering 1.21 – 26.2 across 16 release versions, and the latest file, 1.4, targets 26.2. The code is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
Fabric API is required for LootFlow to load. Players who run other HUD mods can compare it with Action-HUD, ShardHud and RTHuds, which use other loaders or licenses.
Key features
Animated pickup HUD
Pickups and drops are shown in a slide-in overlay with a zoom effect, replacing the standard chat-style messages.
Stacked notifications
Duplicate notifications for the same item combine into one entry, keeping the screen uncluttered during quick looting.
Experience change display
Gained and lost experience points show up in the same overlay, colored sage green for gains and soft coral for losses.
Card-style layout
Notifications use rounded, dark-themed cards with pastel accents, chosen to keep the screen comfortable during long sessions.

Use cases
Long looting sessions
Players clearing dungeons or farming resources see every pickup without the notification list filling the screen.
Who it’s for: Players who want a compact, visual readout of loot and XP in their HUD, on a single-player world or a multiplayer server they join.

Action-HUD is open source under the MIT License and runs on Fabric for 1.21 – 26.3; either side can run it, and neither needs it.
