Lampcrafting turns a regular lamp into a range of new lamp variants, including large lamps, colored lamps and lamps with their own mechanics.
What it does
New lamps are made by placing a regular lamp in a stonecutter, selecting the desired pattern and finishing the recipe at a crafting workbench. Among the added lamps are shower lamps, large lamps that occupy a 2 by 2 block footprint, and flat lamps available in 16 colors that match the 16 dyes. Some lamps have their own mechanics, such as a solar lamp and a moon lamp, and soul lamps can repel pygmies.
The mod adds achievements tied to its lamps and includes references to the mod in the advancement screen. Its files target Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with the latest Fabric build at 1.0.5 for 1.20.1, the latest Forge and NeoForge builds at 1.0.7 and the newest NeoForge file for 1.21.1. Builds exist for 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. The environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and it is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
