Invisibility Aggro Fix
by Marvvinekk
Invisibility Aggro Fix makes hostile mobs lose track of a player who is under the invisibility effect, so a stealth build is not interrupted by creepers or skeletons.
What it does
Under vanilla rules, mobs often keep chasing a player even while the invisibility effect is active. This mod changes that so that mobs which cannot see the player do not detect or attack them while the effect lasts. The author describes it as a simple fix that restores the effect's intended stealth, without new items or commands to learn.
The mod suits sneaky adventure maps, stealth builds and experiments in creative or survival worlds. It is light and the author says it works with common modpacks, so it can be added to an existing pack. It is published for Forge and NeoForge across nine release versions, 1.16.5 – 1.21.4, and the environment is client and server, so both the server and every player need it.
The code is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. Files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.4 were the latest, both dated 2025-08-14.
