Inventory Lock

Inventory Lock stops the player's inventory from picking up items on the ground, and a padlock button in the upper-right of the inventory screen switches it back on or off.
What it does
When the lock is on, walking over dropped items or mined blocks no longer adds them to the inventory, which helps when a stack of cobblestone would otherwise be picked up by accident. The lock is set per player from the inventory screen, and switching it off restores normal pickup. Forge and NeoForge builds cover 1.19.2 – 1.20.1, with the latest files for 1.20.1 published on 2025-06-29 under the MIT License. The code is not open source, and both the server and every player need the mod.

I didn't want to pick up the 93 stacks of cobblestone I inadvertently got while mining, so I made this. Use the lock icon in the top-right corner of your inventory to toggle the ability to pick up items. That's it. Needed on server and client to work.
