Instant Resurrection
Instant Resurrection lets a player respawn the moment they die, skipping the delay before the respawn button turns active, and a key toggles it.
What it does
Instead of waiting for the respawn button to become active after a death, a player using Instant Resurrection is sent back into the world straight away. The behavior is switched on and off with the H key by default, so the vanilla wait can still be used when preferred. The mod is a visual and timing change, and it touches nothing on the world or the server.
Only the client needs the mod, so a player can add it to single-player or to a multiplayer session without any change on the server side. The mod depends on Fabric API, which must be installed alongside it on Fabric. Builds exist for Minecraft 1.21.3, 1.21.4 and 1.21.5 under the MIT License, and the code is not open source. The latest file, 1.0.0, is for 1.21.5 and was published on 2025-05-26.
The author notes the mod gives an advantage on public servers, since it skips a waiting period others must sit through. Server administrators decide whether it is permitted on their server, and the author asks players to check with the server staff before using it.
Key features
Instant respawn
Death sends the player back into the world without the usual pause before the respawn button becomes active.
Toggle key
The behavior is turned on or off with the H key, which is bound by default and can be changed in the controls menu.
Saves waiting time
Each death skips the short delay, which the author describes as time saved over long sessions.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players on Fabric 1.21.3 – 1.21.5 who want faster respawns in single-player or on servers where the administrator has approved it.
How it compares
Instant Respawn is also client-side only and uses the MIT License, with a range of 1.21 – 1.21.8. Death Replay is also client-side and MIT licensed, but it is built for 1.21.11 only. Pick Up Mod targets 1.21.11 and runs on both client and server, so it is the only alternative that needs installing on the server as well.
