Infinity Water Bucket
Infinity Water Bucket lets the Infinity enchantment go onto water buckets at an anvil, giving players an endless portable water source.
What it does
Applying Infinity to an empty bucket at an anvil turns it into a bucket that refills without being used up. The enchantment is applied through a Mixin, so the mod needs no new items. Dispensers that carry an enchanted water bucket can place water over and over, and the same bucket can refill cauldrons without running out.
The mod can also extend the enchantment to lava, milk and powder snow buckets through its config. Enchanted empty buckets are kept from milking cows and from picking up fish or axolotls, so the enchantment does not change how those mobs behave. Support for the Enchanting Infinity Fix option is switched on in the config as well.
The mod is server required and client optional: the server must run it, and players may leave it out. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with builds across 87 release versions 1.4.1 – 26.3, and the latest files target 26.3. Snapshot builds are published, and the code is all rights reserved, not open source. The developer has said an update for the newest version is planned.
