Industrial Elixir

by skniro

Industrial Elixir is a Fabric and NeoForge technology mod that adds machines, energy networks and resource processing chains for players who want to build their own factory.

FabricNeoForgeClient and serverMIT LicenseOpen source26.1 – 26.3

What it does

Early progress relies on basic tools like the Macerator and the Compressor, and later steps add electric furnaces, induction furnaces and metal formers. Energy can come from coal, fluids, sunlight and wind, and machines are linked into a network the player arranges to fit the factory. Items and fluids move between machines through pipes, so processing chains can run without manual handling.

Mining is not the only source of materials here. Special ores can be cultivated like crops, rubber trees can be harvested for a renewable resource, and coffee beans can be grown and brewed. Advanced content such as reactors and replication technology sits at the end of the progression. Files target 26.1 – 26.3, with 26.3 as the latest build for both loaders, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source. The mod is client and server, so the server and every player need it. Fabric builds need Fabric Loader and Fabric API, while NeoForge builds need only NeoForge.

Key features

  1. Staged machine progression

Crafting starts with the Macerator and the Compressor, then leads to furnaces and metal formers as the factory grows.

  2. Energy networks

Power can be generated from coal, fluids, sunlight and wind, then distributed through connected machines.

  3. Item and fluid transport

Pipes carry items and fluids between machines, so each stage of a processing chain can feed the next.

  4. Cultivated resources

Special ores and rubber trees are grown and harvested as a renewable alternative to mining.
