HotBaaaar changes how the hotbar scrolls, with step sizes that depend on the keys held and on the window's GUI scale.

What it does

The hotbar widens automatically to suit the screen width and the current GUI scale, so the slot count adapts to the window. Holding Shift while scrolling makes each step larger, and the size of that step depends on how many slots the bar currently has. Holding Ctrl while scrolling jumps in 9-slot steps. The mod is published for Fabric and NeoForge, for 1.20.4 – 26.1.1, and is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Client and server both need it.
