Heartbond
by Apace
Heartbond lets players teleport to one another through an item-based system, with no command needed.
What it does
Heartbond adds a player-to-player teleport built on items. A player names a heart soul, and a soul item carries the link to its owner, so travel is started by using an item rather than typing a command. The mod works on Fabric and Quilt, requires Trinkets, and runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. It is released under the MIT License as open source, with files for 1.18.2 – 1.20.1.
Key features
Named heart souls
A player can name a heart soul, which makes the link easier to tell apart from other heart links.
Soul items as crafting material
Other soul items can be made from a soul, and the mod uses an item tag for crafting inputs, with an Ender Soul recipe.
Immersive travel
Teleportation happens through items in the game world, as an alternative to a tpa command on servers.
