Good Recipes
by JotaPanden
Good Recipes adds crafting, smelting and blasting recipes that vanilla Minecraft does not ship, plus a few that reverse earlier changes.
What it does
The mod is a recipe pack: it adds more interesting crafting recipes, including a Totem Undying, more ways to obtain dyes, and obsidian made by mixing a lava bucket with a water bucket. A second group of furnace recipes turns rotten flesh into leather, cooks slabs and produces raw ore blocks. A third group reverts changes made in later versions, such as removing slime pistons and converting special rails back to their earlier forms, along with emptying minecarts.
Installation needs Fabric API on Fabric. Good Recipes runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 21 release versions, 1.12.2 – 26.2, and is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.

Furnace and smelting recipes
Furnace recipes cover rotten flesh to leather, slabs to cooked slabs and raw ore blocks.
Reverted recipes
Recipes that restore items changed in later updates, such as slime pistons and special rails, are included.

How it compares
Inventory Totem is server-side only, with files for 1.16.5 – 26.3 under All rights reserved, so players join without installing it. Infinity Totem is a client and server mod for 1.18.2 – 26.2, also under All rights reserved. Missing Recipes is server required with client optional, covers 1.19 – 1.20.4 and is released under The Unlicense, so it fills a different version window.

Minecraft by default doesn't include some basic recipes, like a simple Name Tag, certain heads/skulls, or Shroomlight. This mod adds those recipes, and many other…
