Goetic Legacy is a Forge addon for Goety that adds a Spellstone, Tome and Scroll slot system, prefab building blueprints and moon-phase bonuses.
What it does
Core item: a Curios bauble with slots that can be opened over time, holding 30+ insertable contents from Enigmatic Legacy and its addons, plus related Goety and Goety Revelation items. Equipping the unique items grants passive bonuses that work alongside Goety's magic. A main menu shows the effects of inserted items automatically, and an encyclopedia screen lists everything that can be inserted with basic descriptions.
Prefab building: Echoes of the Old World are blueprints that appear in loot chests at a low chance, and a starter hut is given on first entry to a world. The Void Shaping Sphere handles all interaction with this system. The mod ships a large set of prefab buildings. Blueprint drop chances are set in the goeticmeta file in the config folder, where a chance of 0 disables them, and new NBT blueprints can be added there.
The mod is published for Forge only, for 1.20.1, and runs on client and server. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. The first boss is still in development, and further bosses and dimensions are planned.
