Glow Up! lets players gain a glowing effect through armor, a curse and an edible berry, with changes aimed at caving missions on multiplayer servers.
What it does
Glow Up! adds Glowing Leather Armor. A player wearing a full set of it glows, and only one armor piece needs to be crafted and redyed to match the set. The mod also includes a curse called Radiance, which forces the glowing effect on whoever wears the cursed item. Eating the mod's Glowier Glow Berries grants 15 seconds of glowing. Those three parts are the core of the update, which brings the glowing mechanic in line with the current game.
The mod is built for multiplayer caving missions, where visible players can be confusing to the group. Its items sit in the Food category with adventure, equipment and minigame tags. With cheats enabled, the command function mglow: gives access to the mod's custom items without crafting them. A server must run the mod, while players may join without it, since only the server side needs it.
