Glass Heart limits every player to a single heart of maximum health, so any hit can end a run, and the mod runs on the server alone.

What it does

Glass Heart sets the maximum health of players to one heart, which makes ordinary damage fatal. The author describes the mod as difficult, and its tone is a challenge mode rather than a balance change. A value in the config file can be raised above one heart, and a setting of zero is treated as one, so the lowest allowed value is one heart.

Only the server needs the mod, so players join without installing anything. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge, across the 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 range, with the latest Forge file 0.0.1 for 1.20.1 and the latest NeoForge file 1.0.0 for 1.21.1.
