Furnace Lighter lets players set a furnace, smoker or blast furnace to the lit state with flint and steel, for any fuel level.
What it does
Flint and steel can light a furnace, smoker or blast furnace directly, forcing the lit state. The furnace then stays lit until its cooking recipe is started and the fuel runs out, which brings back a lit-furnace behavior from early beta builds of Minecraft. The mod is intended to be used alongside other nostalgia-themed mods, and it was built specifically for the Beta Redux modpack. It is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and it runs on Fabric for 1.21.1.

This mod tries to re-enable the lit furnace glitch present in the beta versions of minecraft but with a far easier method to obtain the state. Just craft a flint and steel and light it. the furnace will stay lit until a cooking recipe is initiated and the fuel is depleted
