Frogged adds more frog species to the game, including poison dart frogs, a sandy frog and a sculk frog, each with its own spawns and variants.
What it does
Frogged adds new frog variants and their froglights to the vanilla frog set. Poison dart frogs turn up only occasionally in jungle areas and cause harm to players who stand too close, and their variants include golden, blue and variegated forms. A sandy frog spawns in beach, desert and badlands biomes, and a sculk frog can appear in the deep dark, though it does not spawn naturally there and is bred instead.
The mod is a simple addition for Minecraft 1.21.4 and later that aims to enrich biomes with more frog variants. Frogged runs on Fabric, requires Fabric API, and is published for 1.20 – 1.21.4 across eight release versions. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. The code is released under CC0 1.0 Universal and is open source, with a public source repository and issue tracker.
