Tweaked Frogs changes how frogs behave in the world, with small adjustments to their drops and their spawn eggs.

What it does

The mod adds small tweaks to frogs. Frogs can feed spider eyes, and frog spawn can be picked up with a Silk Touch tool. Only the server needs the mod, so players can join without installing it, while server owners who want the changes must run it there. Builds exist for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 1.21 – 1.21.8, and the code is released under the MIT License, so it is not open source.

Key features

  1. Feeding frogs spider eyes

    Frogs accept spider eyes as food, which adds a feeding option to the mob's behavior.

  2. Silk Touch frog spawn

    Frog spawn can be picked up with a tool enchanted with Silk Touch, so it moves to another spot in the world.

  3. Small frog tweaks

    The mod changes minor frog behavior without adding new blocks or items, keeping the vanilla look.
