FlashFreeze
With FlashFreeze installed, blocks, entities and items from a removed or disabled mod are kept in the world instead of being dropped.
What it does
When a mod that added content is taken out, the blocks, entities and items it placed would normally vanish or show as missing textures. FlashFreeze holds that content in a frozen state so the world still loads, and restores it once the original mod is back. Fabric API is required. Client and server share the mod, and the license is GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, so the code is open source. Builds cover 1.16.5 – 1.21.5 across Fabric, Forge and NeoForge.
Key features
Keeps removed content
Blocks, entities and items from a mod that was removed stay in the world rather than being dropped.
Restores frozen content
Once the original mod is reinstalled, the frozen content is defrosted and returns in full.
Migrating to newer versions
Worlds can move to a newer Minecraft version without waiting for every mod to update first.

How it compares
NoMoreLogSpam is a Fabric client-side mod for 1.21 – 1.21.3 under the MIT License, so it changes nothing on the server. FlashFreeze covers a different task, keeping content from mods that were removed, and runs on client and server.

What the author says
FlashFreeze lets you remove and add content- adding mods without dropping any blocks, entities or items. You can use it to migrate to a newer version of Minecraft without waiting for That One Last Mod, or turn content mods on and off one by one to nail down that pesky bug.
