Figura v5 support
Figura v5 support is a client-side addon for Figura that lets avatars built in Blockbench 5.0 load and be shared through the Figura cloud.
What it does
Figura reads Blockbench project files, and this addon adds the code needed to load models saved in the Blockbench 5.0 format. Without it, a filesystem created with Blockbench 5.0.0 does not load in Figura. The addon must stay installed while such models are used, and it is needed to load avatars uploaded by other people or taken from the cloud. A second instance of the addon only affects the client where it is installed.
The addon is a client-side mod, so only the player's client needs it; servers do not. It requires Figura, which is named as a required dependency. Builds exist for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 16 release versions, 1.18.2 – 1.21.11, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source. The changes are an interim solution and are expected to be part of the next major Figura update, which includes pull request 448.

This Figura addon adds compatibility with Blockbench 5.0's updated model format. (and a few other nice things, too!) These changes will mostly likely be included as part of the next major Figura update, as part of PR #448. That might take a while to release; this addon serves as an interim solution.
