Fazcraft: Hoaxes is a Forge and NeoForge addon for the Fazcraft Minecraft X content, adding hoax characters, plush blocks and structures to the world.
What it does
The addon is an unofficial extension that adds the Hoaxes community content to Fazcraft. Its animatronic characters are based on the community legend that fakes invade the world through sheer willpower, and the mod brings that idea into the game as mobs and decorations. Plushes for each hoax come with their own plush suit and plush head blocks, so players can display them in builds.
Hoaxes adds its own boss, which is placed in a structure that players must search the world to find. Most of the structures are rare and generate only in specific biomes, so exploration is needed to reach them. The mod was made as a fan appreciation project for Fazcraft, and the author notes that content is still being added.
Installing it requires Fazcraft [Minecraft X FNAF], Geckolib and Patchouli. Patchouli is required on 1.20.1 in particular. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge, for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1.
