Faraway Moon is a Forge add-on for Enhanced Celestials that changes the night sky with a rare lunar event, bringing bad luck and new mob spawns.
What it does
During a very rare Faraway Moon event, players find their luck turned against them, with omen and bad luck status effects applied. Approaching a nearby village during the event can immediately set off a raid. Black cats, foxes, wolves and bats spawn more often at night while the event is active. Enhanced Celestials is required, and the mod runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge across three game versions, 1.19.2 – 1.20.1, and the code is under All rights reserved.
