Fair Fight
Fair Fight is a server-side anti-combat-logging mod that adds a combat timer, tags attackers and limits PvP-related actions for players who are fighting.
What it does
Once a player takes or deals damage from another player, a combat timer starts. The number of ticks it lasts is set in the config, and an optional overlay can show the remaining combat time. Only combat between players counts, so fights with other mobs do not start the timer. Players who log out while the timer runs are treated as combat loggers, and the server can tag attackers for that purpose.
While the timer is active, the mod can disable elytra flight and block command execution, which helps keep a player from escaping a fight. The config also controls whether these combat restrictions apply to players involved in PvP. Respawn invulnerability can be set in seconds, with a default of 0, and a countdown can be shown while it lasts. The mod is written for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and it also runs on Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Folia and Sponge. Files cover 1.21.11 – 26.3 and are released under the MIT License, so the code is open source.
Key features
Combat timer
A configurable number of ticks starts after a player is attacked by another player and counts down before the timer ends.
Combat time overlay
An optional overlay shows how much combat time remains, and it can be toggled off in the config.
Elytra and command limits
Elytra flight and command execution can each be disabled during combat, and the config decides whether these limits apply to PvP players.
Attacker tagging
Attackers are tagged so that a combat logger can be identified when the player disconnects during a fight.
Respawn invulnerability
A set number of seconds of invulnerability follows each respawn, with a visible countdown while it runs.

How it compares
NoCombatElytra is a server-side Fabric mod under the MIT License, covering 1.21 – 26.2, and it only handles elytra flight in combat. Practical PvP is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only, supports Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.21 – 1.21.8, and needs the server with the client optional. Fair Fight covers the combat timer, attacker tagging and respawn invulnerability in one mod instead of separate elytra or PvP rules.

What the author says
Note: Do NOT enable invulnerability if you have Tater Certified's LifeSteal mod. It features a very similar invulnerability feature and is fundamentally incompatible with Fair Fight's implementation
