NoCombatElytra stops players from gliding with an elytra while they are fighting, so the wing stays inactive until combat ends.

What it does

Elytra gliding is blocked during combat on the server, and the mod does not change how the wings behave otherwise. It is a server-side only Fabric mod, so only the server needs it and players join with vanilla clients, with nothing extra to install. Files cover 1.21 – 26.2 across 14 release versions, and the latest Fabric file is 1.1 for 26.2, released under the MIT License as open source.

Combat gliding block
Gliding with an elytra is disabled while a player is in combat, which keeps fights on the ground.
Respawn cooldown reset
The combat timer resets on respawn, counted in real-world time rather than game ticks.
Vanilla client support
Players connect with vanilla clients, since the restriction runs entirely on the server.
