Extra Food Plus adds a set of cozy recipes, from bread and soups to pies, that extend the vanilla diet on Fabric.
What it does
The mod introduces new food items such as a hearty baguette made from crafted hay bales, which gives extra saturation, along with soups like Carrot Soup and pies like Apple Pie. Several of these carry unique effects. Its recipes are inspired by cultural dishes from different parts of the world, and the items keep the look and feel of Minecraft's original food rather than replacing it.
Early-game snacks sit alongside late-game magical feasts, and the mod is built to blend with other mods. All new items are organized in a Food Items creative tab. Extra Food Plus is open source under the MIT License and runs on client and server, with the latest Fabric file, 1.0.0 for 26.2, published on 2026-08-15. Fabric is the only loader it supports, and the mod is published for 1.21.10, 1.21.11 and 26.2.
