Explosive Touch makes a block or mob explode when it is hit, adding a difficulty twist to Minecraft's standard play, and it can also be played with friends.
What it does
When a player breaks a block, the block can explode, and killing a mob can make the mob explode as well. Hitting a mob produces particles. The hand of the player changes to look like dynamite, and the first-person arm model is replaced with a 3-pixel hand model that renders automatically when the player joins a world.
The mod includes four commands: blockexplosion and mobexplosion toggle block and mob explosions, displaytntarm controls the arm rendering, and tntparticles toggles the particles shown on hit. Each takes true or false. Achievements are added by the mod, the first ten of which cover breaking the first block and killing the first mob, and they are translated into Russian. Explosive Touch works in single-player and multiplayer, and it is published for Forge and NeoForge under the MIT License, though it is not open source.
Installation is handled by the loader, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files are published for 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.8 and 26.1.2, and the latest Forge and NeoForge files are dated 2026-09-22.
