Exoskeleton armor
Exoskeleton armor, a Forge equipment set for 1.20.1, gives its wearer a thermal imaging view, a stronger jump and a handful of potion-style boosts.
What it does
Wearing the full set grants the thermal imaging ability, which highlights entities in bright white while the rest of the world turns grayscale. Players can use it to locate mobs quickly, and the effect is described by the author as interacting with shader packs. The set also gives an incremental jump boost and a launch ability that adds speed, strength 2 and haste 2 while worn.
The armor cancels fall damage and carries protection values noticeably higher than netherite. Its other attributes are set by the author in code, and there is no config file yet. The mod is for 1.20.1 on Forge only, and it has to be installed on both the client and the server, so every player and the server need it. The author asks that anyone distributing a modpack containing the mod credits them.

Entities are highlighted in bright white while the rest of the world appears grayscale, which makes mobs quick to spot.
Incremental jump boost
A jump boost grows with use, and a launch ability adds a speed boost on top of it.
