Everything Falls
by Hreggi5
Everything Falls makes blocks obey gravity on a Forge server, so that anything not held down by bedrock can drop, dig, chop or collapse.
What it does
Blocks that lose support fall, including dirt, stone, logs and whole trees. Bedrock is the only block that stays in place, which means a single chop can bring down a forest and a careless tunnel can bring down a mountain. The gravity radius is set with the setgravityradius command, and the allowblock command switches gravity on or off for particular blocks. Commands can also turn gravity off for essential blocks, which lets players build portals and survive the End dimension.
The mod is aimed at players who want a harder survival challenge in mining, building and exploring, and at server owners who want to change the rules of the world. The author suggests running it with the recommended settings to keep the game completable, and says that using discretion gives a more balanced experience. The configuration is client-side, and the mod is server-side only, so players join without installing anything. Everything Falls is released under the MIT License, is not open source, and has Forge files for 1.20.1, with 1.1.2 as the latest, published on 2025-06-16.
Key features
Gravity for unsupported blocks
Any block without support from below or beside it falls, so cave ceilings and tree trunks can come down when their base is removed.
Bedrock as the anchor
Bedrock is the only block exempt from gravity, which keeps the world together and sets the limit for what can fall.
Adjustable gravity radius
The setgravityradius command sets how far from a player the gravity effect reaches, so server owners can tune its scope.
Per-block control
The allowblock command enables or disables gravity for specific blocks, and essential blocks can be exempted to keep building and portals possible.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
How it compares
Strong Gravity is a server-side Forge mod released under the MIT License, not open source, with files for 1.18.2 – 1.20.1. Nootov!chopper is also server-side and MIT licensed, but it is open source and covers 1.20 – 1.20.2. Screw gravity! runs on both client and server, is under All rights reserved, and is published for 1.20.1, so it differs from Everything Falls in where it must be installed.

What the author says
Gravity Mod – Because gravity should be universal! Tired of floating dirt blocks or unrealistic floating trees? This mod brings a whole new level of immersion to Minecraft by making all blocks behave like sand and gravel — falling when unsupported. Trees crash down, cliffs crumble, and caves get way more dangerous.
