Eternal Starlight Vanilla Ores
by Minor2CCh
Eternal Starlight Vanilla Ores changes how the ores of Eternal Starlight are placed, and adds ore generation to several Eternal Starlight biomes.
What it does
Some ores appear only in their characteristic biome. The ore output is set by a config file, so server owners can reduce how much ore generates.
Eternal Starlight Vanilla Ores requires Eternal Starlight and Fabric API. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Builds are published for Fabric and NeoForge, for 1.21.1 only, and the code is under the MIT License, so the project is open source. Public links exist for the source code and the issue tracker.
Key features
Vanilla ores in the dimension
Familiar vanilla ores generate inside the Eternal Starlight Dimension, so exploration there yields known materials.
Ores tied to biomes
Several ores are placed in specific Eternal Starlight biomes, with some appearing only in their characteristic biome.
Adjustable ore output
A config file lets ore frequency be reduced and the extra ore per biome be turned off.
Quartz generation toggle
Quartz generation can be disabled through a single config option.

Use cases
Less ore on a server
Server owners who want fewer ores in the dimension can lower the frequency through the config file or a datapack.
Who it’s for: Players who explore the Eternal Starlight Dimension and server owners who want to control how many ores it produces.
How it compares
Trial Chamber Generation Adjustment: Eternal Starlight is a Fabric and NeoForge option for 1.21 – 1.21.1, under the MIT License, but it is not open source and only the server needs it, with clients optional. Big Globe - Eternal Starlight Compatibility is Fabric-only for 1.21 – 1.21.1 and server-side only, under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0 license, which is not an open source license. BiomeOres is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, server-side only, and covers Forge and NeoForge for 1.21.1 – 1.21.11.
