End Poem Extension
Translators and modpack authors can change the End Poem and PostCredits text shown at the end of the game, and add mod credits after Mojang's, through End Poem Extension.
What it does
End Poem Extension adds translated versions of the End Poem and PostCredits texts, with Simplified Chinese, Cantonese, Traditional Chinese and literary Chinese variants available. Language files live under the assets folder of a resource pack, in paths such as assets/end poem extension/texts/end poem/ followed by the language code. Resource packs can also insert custom text before or after the poem, and append credits after Mojang's through a mod credits file.
The mod runs on the client alone, so only the player needs it, and it is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 32 release versions, 1.18 – 26.3, under the Apache License 2.0. Enchantment Level Language Patch and Remote Resource Pack are optional dependencies. Remote Resource Pack lets the contents be updated automatically. The project is open source and public links exist for its source code and issue tracker.

Mod Credits is also client-side and open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, for Fabric and Quilt only, from 1.21.4 onward. Splashy is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only and covers 1.14.4 – 1.20.4, so it targets an older range.
