Echovoids

by ShaiTheLamb

Echovoids reworks the End dimension, adding six biomes, structures, new wood types and an updated look for the dimension's existing terrain.

ForgeClient and serverBSD 2-Clause License1.20.1

What it does

Six new biomes are added to the End, and the vanilla End biomes are updated. Wood and stone can be gathered in the End, which the base game does not allow, and two new mobs live there. The dimension's visuals are changed and a custom soundtrack plays in it. Three wood types, a set of decorative blocks, a new armor set, some tools and functional blocks are also included.

The mod is built for Forge on 1.20.1 only and runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it. It is released under the BSD 2-Clause License and is not open source. Its files are dated 2026-04-13 for the latest version, and the first release came out on 2025-03-03. Modpack use is allowed, as the author states, provided no generative AI is used anywhere in the pack.

  3. Wood and stone in the End

Players can collect wood and stone from the dimension instead of carrying them in.

  4. Custom End soundtrack

The dimension has its own music, replacing the vanilla End track.

  5. Decorative and functional blocks

A large set of decorative blocks and some functional blocks extend what players can build in the End.
