Easy Mail

Easy Mail gives a server a simple in-game mail system, letting players send messages to other players whether they are online or offline.
What it does
Players can mail any other player on the server. A whitelist option restricts sending to whitelisted players only, and a suggestion list shows the available recipients while typing. Messages reach recipients who are offline and are read when they log back in, so mail does not depend on both sides being connected at once.
Server operators have an extra command that broadcasts a message to everyone on the server, online or offline. Within a message, the recipient's name can be inserted automatically, so one broadcast reads as a personal note for each player. For example, an operator sending Hello {player} delivers Hello Joe to one player and Hello Bob to another.
Easy Mail is a server-side only mod, so players join without installing anything and only the server needs it. It runs on Fabric for 1.20.4 – 1.21 and has no required dependencies. The code is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, so it is open source.
