DOCTOR M is a Fabric add-on for Adventures In Time - TARDIS that adds extra TARDIS interiors, new dimensions and items for Minecraft 1.20.1.
What it does
Doctor M is an add-on for Adventures In Time - TARDIS. It adds several TARDIS interiors, each with its own visual style, together with new dimensions such as Trenzalore, a planet tied to the Eleventh Doctor, and Titan, Saturn's moon. The moon, Mars and space dimensions register icy biomes, and a spacesuit supplies warmth so those places can be survived.
Items include a Key, a De-Mat Gun, a Key Rassilon and a Vortex Manipulator. The add-on also introduces a humanoid Type 103 TARDIS creature that spawns naturally in the world and comes in five personality variants. Trinkets is required alongside Adventures In Time - TARDIS, and the mod runs on the client and the server, so both sides need it. Files are published for Fabric 1.20.1 only, with 2.1 as the latest build from 2026-09-29, under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, so the source code is open.

AIT Extras is also Fabric 1.20.1, client and server, but licensed as All rights reserved and not open source. The Doctor Who Mod covers 1.21.4 – 26.2 and is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, so it fits newer versions.
