Adventures In Time - TARDIS brings a flyable TARDIS into Minecraft 1.20.1, with a console, two extra dimensions and customisable travel.
What it does
The mod adds a functional TARDIS that can be flown between destinations. The console offers more than 20 working controls, a coffee machine, an engine system and a time vortex that can be customised. Animations of the ship and its doors can also be adjusted, and the sound design is meant to feel immersive while travelling. Two additional dimensions, Mars and the Moon, can be visited from the ship.
The mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only. It needs AmbleKit, Fabric API and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) to run, and later builds of the mod require YetAnotherConfigLib. Files target 1.16.5 and 1.20.1, with Fabric, Forge and Quilt builds available, and the Forge build for 1.16.5 sits on the beta channel. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Optional add-ons are Adventures In Time - K9 and fabric-permissions-api. The mod was first published in January 2023 and last updated in September 2025. The author recommends 8GB of RAM for singleplayer and for multiplayer servers.
