Distinct Shields
Distinct Shields lets the wood type of a shield's planks change how the shield is crafted, so each shield can look more personal to its owner.
What it does
Crafting a shield with this mod gives the wood type of the materials a visible effect on the result, so two players making shields can end up with different looks. The mod needs Shield Lib, which is required, and it can work alongside Deeper and Darker and Nature's Spirit, both optional. It runs on the client and the server together, so both sides need it, and it is released under the MIT License as open source for 1.20.1 only.
