Discord4Fabric
by Reimnop
Discord4Fabric connects a Minecraft server to a Discord channel, relaying chat and server events through a bot the server owner configures.
What it does
The mod runs a Discord bot client on the server. Once a bot token and channel are set, messages from in-game chat appear in Discord and messages from the channel can be shown to players on the server. Advancements, deaths, joins, leaves, and server start and stop events can each be posted as their own message, so a channel can follow activity without anyone watching the game.
Every part of the output is customizable, including the message formats and which events are sent. Custom events can be added through the mod's extension system, which makes it possible to build further integrations on top of it. Discord4Fabric is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and it requires Fabric API on the server.
Files are published for Fabric 1.18.2 – 1.21, with 1.12.0-1.21 as the latest file for 1.21. The code is open source under the MIT License, and snapshot builds are published as well.

Use cases
Community chat bridge
A server posts in-game chat to a Discord channel so members who are not online can follow the conversation.
Activity feed
Join, leave, and death messages in a channel give moderators a running record of what happens on the server.
Who it’s for: Server owners who want to connect their Minecraft server to a Discord community and choose what appears there.
How it compares
Join Leave Messages is open source under the MIT License and runs on the server alone, with Fabric and Forge files for 1.18.2 – 1.20.2, so it covers join and leave messages on older versions. PlayerBot is server-side only as well, but it is not open source, and its files target 1.20.1 with All rights reserved. Discord4Fabric is the option here for Discord output.
