What it does

Discord Viper runs on the server and bridges Minecraft to Discord REST APIs, covering chat relay, Discord moderation commands, player information queries and full server control. Server owners who want staff to act from Discord rather than the in-game console can use it for those tasks. Only the server needs the mod, so players join without installing anything, but the author notes that client mods are required for the setup. Fabric API is a required dependency, and the mod is released under the MIT License, not as open source. Builds cover 1.21 – 26.3, with the latest Fabric file 2.1.1 for 1.21.11, dated 2026-09-28.

  1. Moderation system

    Staff can issue bans, timed suspensions that lift on their own, and server-side mutes that persist through restarts.

  2. Warnings and punishment records

    Numbered warnings, pardons and kick-all or ban and whitelist lists, with mutes and tempbans saved in viperbridge punishments.json.

  3. Player lookups

    Reads live data for online players and saved data for offline players, including coordinates, slot-accurate inventory grids and last-seen times.
