Dirt Conduit
Dirt Conduit is a Fabric and Quilt mod that changes how conduits activate, so a conduit no longer needs prismarine blocks or surrounding water to work.
What it does
Vanilla conduits only activate when prismarine blocks and water surround them. In Dirt Conduit that restriction is removed, and the conduit can be placed and activated without the water or prismarine requirement. A conduit still grants its usual effects while active, and the mod adds a lava sponge and an Absorber block alongside it.
The mod is a joke-themed addition, with a cake recipe and content named after the definition of a trifling matter. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Installation needs only the loader itself, with no other mods required. Builds cover 1.14.4 – 26.2 for Fabric and Quilt, under the MIT-0 license, which is not open source.
Source code and an issue tracker are publicly linked. The latest Fabric file is 1.0.3+universal for 26.2, released 2026-02-24, and the latest Quilt file is 1.0.0+1.20.5+ for 1.20.6, released 2024-04-26.
