Did I Get Robbed?
by electricdog
Did I Get Robbed? shows a visual overlay in the chat log that lists items missing from chests, barrels and shulker boxes a player has previously opened.
What it does
When a player reopens a container, the mod compares its current contents with what the player saw last time. Any item that has disappeared is drawn as a ghost in its former slot, and a detailed list of the missing items, including enchantments, can be written to chat. The mod tracks chests, barrels and shulker boxes, so theft from storage on a shared base can be traced without guessing.
Because it runs only on the client, it works in single-player worlds, on servers and in Realms, and it needs nothing installed on the server side. Fabric API is required. The mod is released under CC0 1.0 Universal and is open source, with its source code publicly available. Files exist for Fabric only, across 12 release versions 1.20.1 – 26.3, and the latest file, 1.5.0, targets 26.3.

Ghost item overlay
Slots where items have gone missing are shown as ghost items directly in the opened container's screen.

A detailed list of missing items can be sent to chat, with enchantment details included.
Shulker box tracking
Shulker boxes are tracked too, and the box name is included in the report when one is set.

Who it’s for: Players who keep shared storage on a multiplayer server or in Realms, and anyone who wants a record of missing items in their own base.
