Default commands
by imB4
On each new world creation, a player joining, or the start of a dedicated or integrated server, Default Commands runs the list of server commands that has been configured.
What it does
The mod is a small Fabric mod for server owners who keep retyping the same setup commands. Default Commands fires every configured command on one of three triggers: world creation, a player entering the world, or the server finishing its startup. Server owners can use it for gamerules, Carpet defaults, scoreboard setup, datapack initialization or other admin utilities.
Commands are managed in-game through Mod Menu, which is optional, or edited directly in the configuration. Presets can be saved and reused across servers, and protected entries are locked so they cannot be changed by accident. Commands run with server-level permissions, so they execute even when cheats are disabled.
Fabric API is required. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for Fabric only, with one file for 1.21.11. Only the server needs it, so players join without installing anything.
Key features
Three trigger types
Commands can run on world creation, on player join, or once the server finishes starting.
Command presets
Groups of commands can be saved as presets and loaded again on other worlds or servers.
Protected entries
Locked entries cannot be edited, which prevents accidental changes to important setup commands.
In-game management
Server-start commands are managed in-game through the Mod Menu screen instead of by editing files by hand.
Cheat-independent execution
Commands run with server-level permissions, so they still execute when cheats are turned off.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners and admins who run the same setup commands on each new world or server start, and testers who rebuild the same environment often.
How it compares
Command on Interval is server-side only and open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, with files for 1.21 – 1.21.1, so it runs commands on a timer rather than on world or join events. StartupCommands is also server-side only and open source under the Apache License 2.0, with files for 1.20.1 – 1.21.8, and is the closest match on server start. Profile Presets is client-side only and not open source, so it does not touch the server.
