Day Counter Plus

With Day Counter Plus, the current in-game day shows on screen, and players keep track of days played in any world, including worlds started before the mod was installed.
What it does
Day Counter Plus displays the current in-game day and time in a configurable on-screen element. The display can be placed in the action bar or in a custom position, and its colors, format, sounds and visibility can all be edited. A sound can play when a new day starts, and the display also shows whether a player is able to sleep, so the F3 debug screen no longer needs to be opened for that information.
The mod works in single player and on multiplayer servers, and it applies to worlds that were already played before installation. Its options are adjustable, so each player can set the look of the counter to suit their own screenshots or HUD layout. Day Counter Plus requires Cloth Config API and Fabric API on Fabric, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings in game. Players add it to their own game, and a server needs no copy. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. Files are published for Fabric only, for nine release versions, 1.21.8 – 26.3, with 1.3.2 for 26.3 as the latest file from 2026-09-16.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who keep a running day count in singleplayer or on a multiplayer server, and players who want the time of day visible at all times. Server owners who want the counter for everyone should note that only the client needs the mod.
