damage tilt
by ErikEdits
Damage tilt is the camera shake-and-tilt effect the game plays when a player takes damage, and this Fabric utility lets players switch it off with a hotkey.
What it does
On first launch a popup asks the player to pick a hotkey, and the key can be changed later under the Options Controls screen. Pressing it toggles the damage tilt effect on or off instantly, with no restart needed, and an action bar message confirms the current state. The chosen setting is saved automatically and persists between sessions.
The mod is a client-side only utility, so the server does not need it and players can join servers without installing it. It works in singleplayer, on multiplayer servers and in any world, and it requires Fabric API. The code is open source under the MIT License, and public links for the source and issue tracker exist. Files are published for Fabric only, across 24 release versions 1.18 – 1.21.8, with 1.0.0-1.20.6 for 1.20.6 as the latest build, dated 2026-05-24.

Use cases
Players who find the tilt distracting

Who it’s for: Players on Fabric who want to control the damage tilt effect in singleplayer or on multiplayer servers. The mod needs no installation on the server side.
